About The Position

The HR Manager role at Sealed Air is responsible for supporting, implementing, and executing various tactical aspects of the HR function. This includes managing employee and labor relations, performance and talent management, total rewards, learning and organizational capability, compliance with government regulations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist/Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ADP.
  • Self-directed and motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and HR processes.
  • PHR or similar certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement positive employee and labor relations, including employee engagement and union avoidance.
  • Manage performance and talent management processes, including employee development and succession planning.
  • Oversee total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits.
  • Facilitate learning and organizational capability initiatives, such as training delivery and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with government and legislative requirements, including conducting internal investigations.
  • Manage policy and process changes in collaboration with legal and HR operations teams.
  • Drive HR initiatives that align with company goals, such as diversity and inclusion and retention analysis.
