About The Position

In Innovation, Technology & Quality (ITQ), we transform possibilities into reality through science. As HR Manager, ITQ, you will serve as HR Business Partner to multiple Senior Leadership Team leaders – partnering to advance key priorities across a diverse set of businesses, stakeholders and teams – at scale, globally. You will also serve as the HR lead for key function-wide initiatives in the areas of talent, culture & engagement. Additional strategic priorities will be determined based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience
  • Quickly instills trust and builds relationships
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills; effective operating in matrixed environment
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and versatility- toggling between long-term strategy and roll up your sleeves, scrappy test and learn activation
  • High results-orientation with ability to discern the most impactful work while managing competing priorities
  • Demonstrate humility, grit and accountability
  • Strong data & analytics orientation
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead all the way through execution
  • Track record of coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or MBA preferred with 5-7 yrs experience

Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner to multiple ITQ SLT leaders and their respective teams, driving business outcomes using consulting agility, change management expertise, and business acumen.
  • Partner to translate current and future business needs into effective and integrated HR strategies and plans
  • Provide HR expertise and leadership to advance workforce planning, organizational design and effectiveness, talent management and other key people & organization levers
  • Serve as ITQ HRBP lead for function wide initiatives across talent, culture and engagement
  • Coach and influence business leaders to maximize individual and team performance
  • Model GMI Values and Engaging Leader behaviors
  • Leverage data and internal/external benchmarking to develop solutions
  • Additional accountabilities aligned to business and individual development needs
