Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with the operations functions within both Divisions to provide the day-to-day HR support. Broad responsibilities include the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs as well as consulting with line managers on issues surrounding employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The HR Generalist will demonstrate an understanding of the business objectives to ensure that the HR solutions make a positive impact on the business.
