About The Position
The HR Manager at Worldwide Flight Services will support the HR function across assigned geographic regions, working closely with the HR Director. This role encompasses a variety of human resources responsibilities, including employee and labor relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will also assist in promoting positive employee-management relationships and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
