Join McPherson College as the next HR Leader, a role responsible for developing, executing, and assessing human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction of the college. This position focuses on talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, employee relations, policy and procedure, compensation, and employee wellness and benefits programs. The HR Leader will execute both tactical and strategic duties, spending most of their time working individually or in small groups with employees on HR issues. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position eligible for all college benefits, including an industry-leading 10% employer match to the employee's retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and annual compensation increases. The position reports to the CFO and supports operational departments across the President's cabinet.
