The Human Resources Leader will provide strategic people and culture leadership for the Supply Business Unit. This leader will provide thought leadership, influence and hands-on engagement to ensure the effective deployment of human capital to achieve business results. He or she will partner with key business leaders and peers to build organizational capability. This role supports the Supply business unit leader and leadership team members. This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas. As a member of the Americas HR Leadership team, the HR Leader will drive and execute critical HR processes such as Organizational Leadership Review, Performance Management and Compensation. He or she will leverage HR to accomplish key business objectives, implement cultural change and transformational growth, and ensure the business has the resource capability and bench strength to achieve our growth strategies. The successful candidate will bring both strong business acumen and HR expertise, particularly in assessing and aligning organizations around key deliverables. The role maintains close partnerships with corporate HR functions such as Compensation, HR Solutions and Talent & Organizational Capability.
