The HR IS Specialist is responsible for managing facility materials, company property, and Information Security (IS) protocols to protect the assets of Hyundai Transys Seating System. This position integrates general administrative support with rigorous data and physical security management. The role also supports the Human Resources division with personnel-related security and administrative tasks as assigned. Oversee the issuance and management of user accounts and security badges to ensure authorized access. Conduct regular audits of network permissions and security camera (CCTV) systems to prevent unauthorized access. Administer internal safety and data protection education to enhance employee security awareness. Oversee office support management and scheduling including administrative and reception support. Arrange all invoices and document/item(s) sending and logistics. Handle travel arrangements (domestic and international) for employees on business trips. Manage office vendors, contractors, and lease registration and onboarding. Oversee office renovation, remodeling, and relocation projects. Manage and maintain all office assets, including inventory listing, registration, renewals, and periodical service. Assisting in handling office emergencies and performing routine checks and maintenance tasks. Ensuring in handling office documents and legal papers are up to date and valid and stored securely. Workplace management project: develop strategic facility goals, monitoring space allocations, and ensuring efficient space use. Order office supplies as needed and as budgeted, including Business Cards and plaques. Make payments and routine purchases of the company, including stationery, paper, and printer ink. In charge of payments for electricity, water, telephone, and other expenses. Maintain and supervise the assets purchased and prepare periodic reports for budget meetings. Establish relations with external parties, such as local governments, police, and mass organizations. Complete Pre-approval forms for Monthly invoice and submit for Purchase approvals. Assist Team members with completion of report of injury form and give completed form to EHS for investigation. Be primary contact for Utilities, Verizon wireless, and for leased vehicles for billing and assist with issues. Complete Daily Headcount/attendance report by department. Position Requirements and Qualifications Three (3) or more years of progressive HR work in Information Security, IT Asset Management, or General Affairs. Experience in Organizational Development solutions (Team Building, Process Mapping, Onboarding, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, etc.) Experience in Security Solutions (Access Control, User Account Management, Badge Systems, and CCTV Audit processes). Experience at an Automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier is helpful Ability to perform basic data analysis, financial calculations, security risk assessment, and reasoning analysis College level mathematical skills with understanding of general business applications Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs and prioritize activities under strict security deadlines.
