The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team across key functions including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience, and project management. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on exposure to modern HR practices within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The intern will contribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes, assist with Greenhouse ATS optimizations, document procedures, help coordinate company events, and support various recruiting and cross-functional projects.

  • Assist with job postings, candidate pipeline reviews, and interview scheduling.
  • Support optimization projects within Greenhouse ATS, including workflow updates, template creation, tagging, and reporting.
  • Help ensure candidate data integrity and support the standardization of recruiting processes.
  • Document and update HR procedures, workflows, checklists, and training materials.
  • Support the development of an organized HR knowledge base or SOP library.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation as needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, intern programming, onboarding activities, and culture initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, communications, and leadership to execute event logistics.
  • Gather feedback and help identify event/process improvements.
  • Participate in HR projects involving process improvement, analytics, or cross-team collaboration.
  • Track project timelines, prepare updates, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute recommendations.
  • Currently a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related major.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, recruiting, and organizational development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus, but not required.
