We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Human Resources Intern.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to transform information into engaging content.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to tackle new challenges and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Special Projects across multiple HR Functions such as but limited to Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Performance Management, and HRIS.
  • Conduct and analyze a stay survey for PD department and Marketing.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a mentorship program.
  • Put together a one stop shop of all of HR training materials, UKG Pro, etc.
  • Assist with launching the 'Teams' All Employees Resources group.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the uploading of relevant employee documents onto platform once capabilities are available in UKG Pro.
  • Assist with building out necessary reports and sharing with team.
  • Develop a plan and update necessary DL in outlook for the HRBP group to utilize.
  • Complete special projects.
  • Assist all function HR leaders in additional special projects or tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
