We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Intern looking for a company where they can learn and grow. What you’ll do: As rand grows, the business is increasingly reliant on HR standardization and practice: this Summer 2026, you will be supporting the HR team with organization of tools and resources, policies and compliance, and onboarding needs. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing current HR policies for ease of use, ensuring compliance and consistency within our HR practice, and supporting our recruiting function as needed. This role will report to the Sr. Director of HR and will support various functions within the team as needed.
