Requirements

• Entering junior or senior year studies in an accredited bachelor's program majoring in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or current MBA student.
• Prior research and internship experience preferred.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support while serving associates in a highly professional and timely manner.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls from internal associates and managers with responsibility for answering questions related to payroll, PTO, healthcare benefits, and other human resources related questions.
• Effective utilization of HR case management technology to ensure consistent documentation and follow-up to meet service level standards.
• Support the HR Services team with administrative processes including new hires, business unit transfers, service awards, manager changes and more.
• Take on individual special projects as needed to enhance your knowledge and skills in Human Resources.

Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour
• Hybrid work environment with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
