We are seeking resumes for Human Resources Co-op (Fall 2024 & Spring 2025) at our Valdosta, GA. Paper Mill. The Human Resources Co-op is responsible for assisting in the overall human resources function at the facility under the direction of the Human Resources Management Team.

Requirements

  • Must be a student in good standing with the University, currently enrolled, majoring in Human Resource Management or equivalent applicable HR program.
  • Express interest in Pulp and Human Resources in the Paper Manufacturing Industry as a career.
  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 is required.
  • Must pass a drug screen.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $28.00 hr. Seniors, $27.00 hr. Juniors, $26.00 hr. Sophomores and $25.00 hr. Freshman.
  • $1000.00 Monthly Housing Stipend (if a student lives more than 50 miles from the facility).
  • 1.5 pay over 40 hours in a week.
  • Reimbursement of Relocation to and from co-op assignment.
