This role serves as the systems and data backbone of Human Resources, ensuring that our HRIS infrastructure supports operational excellence, compliance, and workforce stability. The HRIS Analyst partners cross-functionally with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and Leadership to maintain data integrity, optimize system functionality, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to balance compliance requirements with practical operational needs in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
