The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager, Workday Technology Solutions plays a pivotal role in the evolution and optimization of the organization's HR technology landscape. This position is responsible for the strategic, functional, and technical leadership of the Workday platform, ensuring that it aligns with organizational goals and delivers a seamless experience to both HR teams and the broader employee population. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams, lead system enhancements, and drive compliance, analytics, and process automation initiatives within Workday.

  • Workday Platform Strategy & Administration
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday HRIS platform
  • Ensures maximum data integrity, system reliability, and alignment with HR best practices.
  • Establish a roadmap for Workday enhancements and upgrades
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and implement governance protocols to manage system changes
  • Ensure changes are documented, tested, and communicated effectively.
  • Monitor new releases, features, and industry trends
  • Ensure the organization is leveraging the latest Workday capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation review of Workday projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for key system initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Solicit user feedback and driving innovation across all HRIS-related processes and technologies.
