About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist at Dart Bank plays a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including policy administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This position aims to enhance workforce performance and satisfaction while contributing to a positive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will interact with all HR functions and support training and development programs across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR team with full range of responsibilities in training, compliance, reporting, policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Support training and professional development throughout the organization, including webinars, workshops, certifications, and other industry opportunities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate annual all-staff events and quarterly meetings, partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Administer and maintain compliance software (BVS- Dart Bank University), ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Work closely with Compliance to maintain and monitor compliance trainings, ensuring mandatory training programs are completed on time.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee training status and education, including completion dates and certifications.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of Bank membership tracking.
  • Partner with Human Resources team to assist in the execution of Bank Leadership Development programs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the new hire experience, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Back up to Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
  • Audit and complete final submission of payroll biweekly.
  • Assist with mandatory government reporting.
  • Maintain and administer Bank recognition and anniversary programs.
  • Promote and support programs to enhance employee engagement, including team building activities.
  • Support Human Resources team to conduct, gather and analyze the annual Employee Survey.
  • Assist Human Resources team in execution of the Annual Performance Review process.
  • Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
