About The Position
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the responsibilities and objectives of the Distribution Center's HR department. This role involves performing duties at a professional level in various functional areas including employee relations, training, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and performance management. The HR Generalist advises employees, supervisors, and managers on human resources issues and forms partnerships across the HR department to deliver value-added service that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
