The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist develops and implements effective HR policies, programs, and processes to support the organization, with a focus on production operations and employee needs. This role provides services in employee complaint investigation/response, discipline policy, employee management from onboarding to termination, performance management, training and development, and career pathing. The HR Generalist works closely with operations management to develop and implement positive culture-building programs, employee appreciation/recognition initiatives, safety measures, workers' compensation/return-to-work actions, and proactive employee communications.
