About The Position
The Krusteaz Company is looking to add an HR Generalist to the Human Resources Team! The HR Generalist works closely with the HR Manager, providing general human resources support including benefits and leave administration, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development & training, and other HR functions. This role plays a critical role in the overall success of the HR department as a trusted, go-to resource for employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
