As part of the HR team, youâll help shape and scale the systems, programs, and experiences that support a growing, mission-driven organization at the intersection of technology and energy infrastructure. Youâll serve as a central HR partner for employees and leaders, delivering trusted guidance across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and development. This role balances hands-on execution with thoughtful program design, helping us build a high-performing, people-first culture while ensuring HR operations are compliant, scalable, and data-informed.
