About The Position

We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to support the people strategy and operations of our business. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will partner closely with managers and employees to foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture. This role is ideal for an HR professional with several years of experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop toward a senior HR role. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Rippling).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to staff and managers, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management and development processes, including reviews and coaching initiatives.
  • Assist in management of payroll related information, ensuring data integrity between HR and finance systems.
  • Develop and deliver HR policies, procedures, and training to support company objectives.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and culture-building activities.
  • Support HR projects and process improvements that drive efficiency and engagement.
  • Provide general office support, including assisting with tasks such as security badge management, coordinating vending machine refills, and other hands-on operational needs.
