Palmer Candy Company is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist! We want you to bring a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and administering Team Member benefits and leaves to crafting HR policies. You will use an HR information system to capture Team Members information and process changes while keeping those records up-to-date and confidential. You will be a point of contact for queries on HR related topics and will provide support for our Team Members HR needs. We want someone who brings a fun, positive attitude to the office and loves being in HR! The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources functions and partners closely with Team Members and leadership to ensure HR programs are delivered effectively, compliantly, with a strong emphasis on the Team Member experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for Team Members and management and requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
