The Company is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and service-driven HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This full-time, exempt position plays a critical role in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll updates, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist plays a key role in modernizing and maintaining the Company’s HRIS, with a strong focus on increasing efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. This role collaborates closely with all departments to deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR services while ensuring adherence to Company policies and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Generalist also supports general office and administrative functions to enhance the employee experience and overall HR operations.
