The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting human resources organizational capability. This will involve supporting, driving, and implementing HR initiatives toa increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics. Additional network support may be required.
