About The Position

The HR Generalist supports RCSS by delivering comprehensive HR services, with emphasis on employee engagement, employee relations/investigations, and HR Generalist functions. This position partners with the HR Business Partner to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance, and drive strategic HR initiatives. Demonstrated ability to implement engagement and recognition initiatives. Experience conducting employee relations investigations and processing ADA requests. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Experience facilitating training and collaboration using virtual platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Requirements
