About The Position

As a HR Generalist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations and provides guidance to employees and managers across a wide range of HR functions. This role is responsible for administering HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, facilitating employee relations, managing HR compliance, and contributing to initiatives that drive a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and knowledgeable across all core areas of HR. You will report directly to our US Electronics & Specialty Materials HR Manager, and you will work out of our Spokane, WA manufacturing operation. This is an onsite role. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, including job postings and offer preparation.
  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Serve as an accessible point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues by investigating concerns and recommending solutions.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives
