About The Position

We are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee key areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and workforce development tracking. The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employees and management. This role will play a role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the growth and success of our employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • 1–5 years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and resolve basic workplace issues
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR-related programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
