The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting Turner Mining Group’s mission of creating a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace where people thrive. This role partners closely with employees and leaders across the company to support the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding and engagement through employee relations, performance management, and development. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted point of contact for all employee matters, acting with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
