Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
