About the Role We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support a range of human resources functions across assigned business groups. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers, solving problems, and ensuring smooth, compliant HR operations. You’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and supporting HR programs across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• HR-related certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for staff-level roles and support hiring for select management positions.
• Prepare and process new hire paperwork; maintain HRIS employee records.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and monthly orientation events.
• Support compensation activities, including pay analysis and performance review reminders.
• Maintain personnel and recruiting files in compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Assist with college recruiting initiatives and event coordination.
• Prepare separation documents and conduct exit interviews.
• Manage HR reporting, data entry, and HR projects as needed.
• Assist with employee relations matters and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support special projects such as acquisitions, audits, employee events, and process improvements.
