The HR Generalist serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, with primary responsibility for managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting the Dakota Dunes office with day-to-day HR needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent while also serving as the first point of contact for employees and leaders at the Dakota Dunes location. The HR Generalist ensures HR processes are carried out efficiently and consistently, providing high-quality service across all areas of HR including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.
