Assist with HR Managers and Supervisors with daily tasks. Assist with separation notices, and conduct exit interviews. Attend career and job fairs as needed. Cooperate with management to facilitate career fairs, develop position descriptions, identify vacancies, review applicants, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks. Conduct new hire orientations. Assist in processing new employee information. Maintain and track employee attendance including points system and sick time usage. Process pay rate changes. Any other relevant tasks to the job.
