The Human Resources Specialist is a key member of the Employee Relations team. Must have strong, recent experience in an Employee Relations role supporting a large population. This role is charged with providing leadership best practices advice throughout the employee life cycle to maximize employee efficiencies. The HR Specialist will deliver on strategic business partnerships with a focus on employee relations. The HR Specialist will perform a broad range of professional human resources tasks, including but not limited to interpreting and developing policies, developing programs and initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic goals, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, effective performance management, leadership development, and other key initiatives driving employee retention. This role serves as a business partner in consulting and supporting various business departments’ operations. This position works closely with organizational leadership in a consulting manner, providing guidance and coaching to assist in facilitating improvements in the employee experience. This person builds and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional partners, helping to achieve Company and Enterprise initiatives, ultimately driving business results.
