Job Summary We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support core HR operations and talent processes with a people-first, service-driven mindset. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure smooth execution across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, HR systems, and payroll collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (recruiting + HR operations ownership)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws & compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred, not required)
  • Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting activities – job posts, sourcing support, resume screening, interview scheduling, offers, and background checks
  • Own onboarding & offboarding logistics, documentation, and HRIS updates
  • Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, HR systems, payroll handoffs)
  • Maintain accurate HR records and audit-ready compliance documentation (I-9, reporting, personnel files)
  • Support engagement initiatives and employee events that strengthen workplace morale
  • Partner with Payroll and benefits vendors to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
  • Assist with performance review, merit, bonus, and open enrollment cycles
