Position Summary The HR Generalist plays a critical, hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state, multi-entity organization. This role serves as a first-line resource for employee questions, onboarding and offboarding execution, payroll coordination, HRIS data governance, and compliance support. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who can manage details, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and operate with increasing independence in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
