About The Position
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for supporting and implementing Human Resources strategies, programs, processes and policies among client departments at the academic hospital in Orange, CA. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee relations, Labor relations, Training, Performance management, Policy implementation, Talent acquisition, Compensation, Employment law, Compliance, Benefits, Disability. Uses professional HR concepts as a seasoned, experienced professional to apply organization policies and procedures to resolve the full range of HR-related issues. Works on problems that are diverse and complex in scope, where analysis of situations require a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day assignments with some guidance provided on new projects.
