About The Position
Human Resources Generalist (HRG) manages the overall human resource function for ALLDATA to include but not limited to, employee relations, training and development, recruiting and retention, and regulatory and compliance. The HRG provides HR business partnership to operational leaders; consultative HR advice and recommendations. S/he collaborates with functional partners at the Headquarters such as Payroll, Benefits, Workers' Compensation, Risk Management, Leave Management, HRIS, etc. to ensure the highest compassion and personable HR services have been delivered promptly.
