The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting and supporting the Human Resources Manager in all facets of human resources. This role implements human resources programs by providing services in talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. The HR Generalist completes personnel transactions and must demonstrate a high level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge, and a proactive approach to employees.
