About The Position
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the overall success of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe by managing its human capital effectively. Broad responsibilities include; recruitment, onboarding, training, employee appreciation, employee wellness, employee relations, and maintenance of HRIS software and personnel files, while ensuring a positive and productive HR experience.
