The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a floater for all HR Service Teams within the Division of Human Resources providing direct support to colleges and divisions across the University. The HR Generalist plays a crucial role on the Service Team by reviewing, approving, and providing support for cross-functional HR actions. This position prioritizes service by providing guidance and assistance to HR contacts, management, and employees regarding HR actions within the scope of this position. The HR Generalist acts as a resource and peer leader to HR Contacts to ensure they are strengthening knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and applicable regulations/laws.
