This position performs professional and generalist level work in the administration of human resource programs, policies and processes. This position is responsible for performing a variety of human resource activities such as recruitment and employment; employee benefits; compensation; training; personnel data entry and recordkeeping and compliance. Work independently and in a team environment. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of the Catholic Healthcare while performing all job functions.
