About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of company HR policy, process compliance, payroll, benefits and while serving as a resource, advisor and coach to all employees. The role involves answering routine inquiries, participating in the recruitment process, conducting new hire orientation, assisting with payroll, maintaining HRIS systems, and working with Employee Representatives to resolve issues. The position also includes investigating workplace incidents and maintaining various reports and data.
