About The Position
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Generalist & Talent Development Specialist to lead initiatives in recruitment, retention, and professional growth. This role also plays a critical part in supporting the performance management process for certified and non-certified staff by managing goal-setting protocols and evaluation schedules. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in both talent strategy and staff development practices. The candidate will work collaboratively with members of the department around employee engagement, onboarding, and employee investigations.
