About The Position

Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark employees at MSD of Warren Township. This position is also responsible for providing management and administration of several imperative HR processes including but not limited to hourly recruitment, payroll and onsite employee relations support. This role will be on-site 5 days a week in Warren, IN.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Ability to train and present to management and staff
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must take initiative to improve processes as needed

Responsibilities

  • Issue resolution, including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives – Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator
  • Talent Acquisition – recruit and make hiring decision for hourly food service positions at Pflugerville ISD
  • Payroll processor for the Aramark employees at Pflugerville ISD and Benefits assistance as needed
  • On-boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires
