About The Position

We are looking for an HR Generalist with Recruiting experience to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our People & Culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will work towards executive-level career advancement. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department, focusing primarily on corporate recruiting while also handling performance management, employee relations, staff development, and other HR generalist responsibilities. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, creating recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates. To ensure a streamlined process, you will pre-screen candidates through behavioral and competency-based interviews and track requisition statuses. You will join the People & Culture team and report directly to the VP of People & Culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field with six (6) years of relevant work experience; or a Master's degree with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining, and improving processes for greater efficiency and performance.
  • Prior experience in benefit administration, recruiting, compensation, and performance management.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in using HRIS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR support to team members, assisting with policy/process clarification and addressing inquiries.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and support the organization of training and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on various HR-related policies, procedures, laws, and regulations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Analyze HR metrics, including time to hire and employee turnover rates, to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts by reviewing job details, preparing postings, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and advising hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
