About The Position
All for Kidz, an organization on a mission to enrich children's lives, is seeking an HR Generalist / Recruiter to join their team! All for Kidz works to ensure that all kids have the social and emotional tools necessary to achieve their dreams and secure a brighter future. The HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, training, compliance, policy management and administering employee benefits. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. The HR Generalist / Recruiter must be professional, proactive, an exceptional communicator and a self-starter. This position will require the ability to work independently, with limited supervision. This position has a hybrid work arrangement, with the ability to work primarily remote, along with the occasional need to visit our office in the Lynnwood area. The initial training period may require onsite work more frequently.
