About The Position

Human Resources Generalist (Manager) BSI is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist with HR Manager level aspirations to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth within the manufacturing or industrial manufacturing sector. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, diversity, and inclusion
