About The Position

Issue resolution, including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation Employee Engagement Initiatives - Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator Talent Acquisition - recruit and make hiring decision for hourly food service positions. Payroll processor for the Aramark employees, and Benefits assistance as needed On-boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Requirements

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development preferred .
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Ability to train and present to management and staff
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must take initiative to improve processes as needed
