About The Position

The HR Associate supports the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs. The role focuses on creating an environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
• Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates.
• Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution of transactional core HR processes such as new associate orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, and OSHA reporting.
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain the eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Assist HRBP in driving an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
