About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Plant Leadership Team to achieve the short and long-term goals for the facility. This role is essential in supporting the HR functions within a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring that the workforce is effectively managed and aligned with the company's objectives. The HR Generalist will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
