About The Position

Nature's Sunshine Products is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HRIS to support HR processes and enhance the employee experience across its facilities in Lehi, UT. This role involves administering HR programs, managing HRIS-ADP, and ensuring compliance with legal standards while fostering team member development and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BS degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or 8 years of a combination of education and HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze employee data to generate reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Support configuration of the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Build and manage ADP and Point dashboards, creating HR documents for team members.
• Manage and update organizational charts, sharing them with leadership.
• Create and distribute internal communications, responding to employee inquiries.
• Manage the employee experience lifecycle through recruiting, onboarding, engagement, training, and offboarding support.
• Conduct reporting and analysis, including compensation analyses.
• Handle employee issues, providing guidance on engagement and monitoring morale.
• Implement new hire orientation and onboarding communications, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Support the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers from job posting to offer stage.
• Assist with performance management and training strategies.
• Maintain job descriptions in HRIS and update employment records as needed.
